“Tokyo Tatemono’s first venture into office building redevelopment in SE Asia”
The Project calls for the demolition of the former office building known as the CPF Building, and the construction of a new Grade-A office building in its place with Ascendas-Singbridge and Mitsui & Co.,Ltd.
The project is set to take place in the Tanjong Pagar district. This district is a cluster of financial institutions, legal offices, and other businesses. The area is expected to undergo further growth moving forward given the accelerating speed of redevelopment in recent years.
A key advantage of the project site is the extremely convenient access to public transportation. Once completed, the new building will be highly visible given its location at the corner of Robinson Road and Maxwell Road, a major intersection.
The three companies look to combine their experience and knowhow to develop an office building that is highly sophisticated in both design and functionality.
The goal is to create a new landmark in Singapore.
